These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Back Office Suite (“Back Office Suite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a business management platform for nail salons and similar businesses, accessible at https://bos.onesolution365.com. By using Back Office Suite, you agree to these Terms.
Back Office Suite is a cloud-based business management platform that provides nail salons and similar businesses with tools for employee payroll management, expense tracking, report generation, and social media content publishing. The social media publishing feature allows businesses to connect their own TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile accounts and publish photos with AI-generated captions directly from the Back Office Suite dashboard.
Back Office Suite is intended for use by business owners, managers, and authorized employees of nail salons and similar small businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these Terms to use Back Office Suite.
Access to Back Office Suite requires signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Back Office Suite integrates with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile to publish content on your behalf. When you use the social media publishing features of Back Office Suite, you agree that:

Your use of Back Office Suite is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Back Office Suite stores only the data necessary to operate the platform. You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Back Office Suite.
Back Office Suite and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by One Solution and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Back Office Suite without our express written consent.
Back Office Suite is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Back Office Suite will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Back Office Suite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Back Office Suite at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using Back Office Suite at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Back Office Suite after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
